2. General principles

3. Contact form and project enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we process the data you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), selected project type and message. This data is stored in our secure cloud database and is not publicly readable. We use it exclusively to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare and carry out a project with you.
Each enquiry also triggers an email notification to the studio so we can reply promptly. To protect against abuse, the number of enquiries per email address is technically limited within a given time period.
Legal basis: processing is carried out to take steps prior to entering into a contract and on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and is deleted afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply.
4. Hosting and technical service providers
This website is hosted and operated via the Lovable platform, which provides the hosting, database and email delivery infrastructure. When you visit the site, technically necessary data (such as IP address, browser type and access time) is processed in server logs to deliver the website securely and reliably. This data is not merged with other data sources.
5. Fonts
This website loads web fonts from Google Fonts. When a page is loaded, your browser connects to Google servers and transmits your IP address so the fonts can be displayed. This is done in our legitimate interest in a consistent and appealing presentation of the website.
6. Cookies and local storage

Your selected language preference (English or German) is stored locally in your browser (local storage) so the site remembers your choice on your next visit. This information never leaves your device and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser storage.
